WHEN Development | a team composed of a real estate developer, builder and tax credit financier partnered with us to launch a regional real estate development company focused on historic preservation and fresh starts. Our work so far includes marketing strategy, naming, graphic identity development, message strategy and hierarchy, business cards, lead generation brochure, investor brochure, website, property profile format (WHEN Development).

Stateside Capital (now a subsidiary of Stateside Churchill Group LLC), specialized in pooling together state tax credits into managed funds that enable investors to reduce taxes on their state of Georgia income. Our branding work for them helped them successfully sell a complex financial product. Once again, we provided business consulting from the very conception and naming of the company, and we produced:

Market positioning and key messaging development, graphic identity and letterhead package, an easy-to-navigate, search friendly web presence, collateral materials, electronic brochure on a business card-sized disk, PowerPoint presentations, strategic sponsorship recommendations, news coverage from local, regional and national press.

They have now placed well over $300 million in Georgia housing tax credit funds. We were pleased to brand and serve this leader in the state tax credit industry.
